Sometimes you may not be happy with our service and do not realize that it is not our fault at all. Please read the following points, which may help you to understand what can happen through a variety of situations that are beyond our influence.
You don't receive our order shipping confirmation:
Your email address could be faulty.
You have a free server like Hotmail or Yahoo, which can be over quota if you have not checked your mail recently. Our mail gets rejected because there is no space for it.
You have joined a spam avoidance program and our email is considered spam for whatever reason. You need to allow our email address "a1health@ctsserver.com", otherwise you will not get our shipping emails. We DO NOT fill out your form to have our email allowed!
You used another email address on your order form (office, home, friend) and think you should get it on your usual server.
PLEASE EMAIL US, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION WITHIN 48 HOURS.
You should use another email address to make sure that our reply does not bounce back again!
Your order was shipped in more than one package and you only received one package and not the rest.
Shipments with more than one package tend to get separated during transfer. It is quite normal that several days can be between arrivals.
Late Shipment
While the usual shipping time is somewhere between 4-10 days, unforeseen security checks and customs checks, holidays etc. can slow down mail and it may take two weeks and longer. We only consider packages lost after five weeks. Please make sure you NEVER make a claim with your credit card company before talking to us and waiting five weeks. Too early claims just complicated life for you and us!! We almost never lose shipments!
It makes sense to talk to your neighbours and the local post office in case the postman has missed you!
Don't order if you intend to go on holidays in the next three weeks, if nobody is home!
Variation to the price quoted
There can be variations to the price quoted. Sometimes you may be charged less and sometimes a bit more. This is due to currency fluctuations and exchange rates. Always tell us if an overcharge occurs and we will credit you that amount.
Returns
Due to the world situation with terrorism etc., we will not be able to accept any returns from now on. Products could come back to us contaminated and resale may endanger our customers. This policy excludes any products we shipped by mistake.

We have two different web sites. A1health on ctsserver.com and A1-Health on Yahoo.com. Both websites have the ordering facility on A1-Health. You are being transferred automatically. The link below will always offer you all products including some which are not on Yahoo. It is therefore recommended you bookmark it for future use.
